With a rapid expansion of pharmaceutical market in Southeast Asia, there has been a stronger demand for high-quality purified water systems. To meet this growing need, we partnered with a local distributor and deployed a dedicated sales team to the region. This direct engagement facilitated face-to-face communication with potential clients, which helped us address both product quality and service expectations effectively.
The 6000-liter pharmaceutical water treatment system that we delivered meets the stringent purity standards required for drug manufacturing. As part of the project package, we included a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the first year of operation. This proactive approach helps maintain consistent water quality by ensuring timely maintenance and rapid response to any issues, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted operation of our customers' critical production systems.
In 2022, a well-known multinational medical equipment manufacturer in Russia required a full set of purified water equipment to support its production operations. The project had recently been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the client needed to mobilize rapidly to begin manufacturing. Due to the urgency, the project required an exceptionally fast start-up and delivery schedule.
Our team responded promptly to meet the challenging timeline. We completed the system design, manufacturing, delivery and installation within just 10 weeks from receiving the initial order. The purified water system was put into immediate operation after installation, enabling our client to proceed with subsequent equipment commissioning steps. This successful, fast-track delivery helped ensure that our client could maintain uninterrupted production and regulatory compliance for the manufacturing operations.
Through active participation in international exhibitions for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), WEMAC showcased its pharmaceutical water treatment technologies and established a strong business relationship with a Korean client. This collaboration led to the successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of a pure steam generator tailored to the client’s production requirements.
The system was designed to operate with clean, dry, and saturated industrial steam at a pressure of ≥0.4 MPa, ensuring reliable and hygienic steam generation for pharmaceutical applications. With compact dimensions of 1900 × 1310 × 3800 mm (L × W × H) and a total equipment weight of 850 kg, the pharmaceutical water system was engineered for efficient integration into the client’s facility.
This project further demonstrates our capability to provide region-specific solutions and on-site technical support to international customers, helping them achieve compliant and efficient production processes.
