The interlayer helical coil can be heated by steam or cooled by cold water, giving manufacturers better control over storage temperature. Its Ra0.4 mirror-polished inner surface, spray ball, vent filter, zero-dead-angle tank-bottom diaphragm valve, and automatic temperature control help reduce hygiene risks and support reliable integration into pharmaceutical clean utility systems.

The inner tank can be made of SS316L or SS304 to match different project requirements.
The inner cylinder is heated by a helical coil and insulated with glass fiber needle felt to support heat preservation.
Mirror or matte external panels can be used for the insulation layer, helping maintain a consistent tank appearance.
All liquid-contact parts are made of SS316L, while non-contact parts are made of SS304, supporting hygienic WFI storage conditions.
The top of the tank includes water inlet, return port, disinfection port, cleaning port, manhole, and 0.22 μm electrically heated vent filter for sanitary operation and maintenance.
The bottom is equipped with a zero-dead-angle tank-bottom diaphragm valve, condensate outlet, WFI outlet, drain outlet, liquid level measurement port, and temperature measurement port.
The jacket and cylinder are equipped with safety valves and pressure gauges for real-time monitoring and safer operation.
The control cabinet supports operation control, while instruments display WFI temperature and liquid level.
Automatic temperature control with upper and lower limit alarms helps maintain stable storage conditions.
Temperature sensor, sanitary level sensor, spray ball, and air breather support easier monitoring, cleaning, and hygienic ventilation.
