SS316L Heated WFI Storage Tank (WFI Tank)
The WFI storage tank is used to store water for Injection under controlled hygienic conditions in pharmaceutical water systems. Built with SS316L or SS304 stainless steel, sanitary instrumentation, vent filtration, and a polished inner surface, the tank supports clean storage, easier monitoring, and reliable integration with WFI distribution systems.
Maintaining stable temperature is essential for WFI storage and circulation. The heated WFI storage tank is designed with heating and heat preservation functions to help keep Water for Injection within the required process conditions while supporting hygienic storage and easier system operation.
The interlayer helical coil can be heated by steam or cooled by cooling water, giving manufacturers better flexibility for temperature control. Composite silicate needle felt insulation helps reduce heat loss, while the Ra0.4 mirror-polished inner surface, sanitary level sensor, temperature transmitter, cleaning device, and vent filter support clean operation, monitoring, and maintenance.
