The interlayer helical coil can be heated by steam or cooled by cold water, helping the tank maintain stable process conditions when WFI temperature control is required. With SS316L or SS304 construction, a Ra0.4 mirror-polished inner surface, sanitary level sensing, spray ball cleaning, vent filtration, and automatic control, the vertical WFI storage tank helps pharmaceutical manufacturers manage WFI storage more safely, cleanly, and efficiently.

  • The control cabinet supports operation control, while instruments display WFI temperature and liquid level.
  • Automatic temperature control and upper/lower limit alarms help maintain stable storage conditions.
