Through active participation in international exhibitions for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), WEMAC showcased its pharmaceutical water treatment technologies and established a strong business relationship with a Korean client. This collaboration led to the successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of a pure steam generator tailored to the client’s production requirements.

The system was designed to operate with clean, dry, and saturated industrial steam at a pressure of ≥0.4 MPa, ensuring reliable and hygienic steam generation for pharmaceutical applications. With compact dimensions of 1900 × 1310 × 3800 mm (L × W × H) and a total equipment weight of 850 kg, the pharmaceutical water system was engineered for efficient integration into the client’s facility.

This project further demonstrates our capability to provide region-specific solutions and on-site technical support to international customers, helping them achieve compliant and efficient production processes.
